After a year, Golf Resort Tále once again became the meeting point for the international elite of women’s golf. The prestigious Ladies Slovak Golf Open 2025 welcomed 116 players from 28 countries and brought thrilling matches, outstanding performances, and a positive atmosphere for all participants. The tournament confirmed that Tále is not only a center of sport and relaxation but also a place where tradition, precision, and professionalism are respected – qualities well known to us from the steel industry.
Professional Organization at Tále
Hosting such a tournament is always a great challenge. “The course was prepared at a top level and, according to the LET Access Series association, ranked among the two best this year,” said Miroslava Rybovičová from the marketing department of Tále.
In addition to the sporting competitions, it was necessary to arrange transfers of players from airports, accommodation, catering, tournament logistics, and media services. Everything went smoothly, and the positive feedback confirmed that Tále is capable of hosting events at an international level.
Young Generation in Action
A novelty of this year’s edition was the JUNIOR PRO-AM tournament for children and youth. Forty young golfers from Slovak clubs took part in this side event, playing alongside professionals.
Slovak players held their ground in strong competition:
- Katka Drocárová took an excellent shared third place,
- Alexandra Sulíková became the best amateur of the tournament, finishing in a tie for seventh.
These achievements are proof that a new golf generation with the potential to succeed internationally is growing at Tále.
